"Hare in the Air"

Every year the college flies in the Easter Bunny and they have an easter egg hunt for the kids. We thought it might be fun and went over to check it out, apparently so did everyone else because it was crazy. There were people everywhere, but we had alot of fun.



Where is the helicopter??

Who knew the Easter Bunny was so popular! Even McGruff showed up.

They had an egg hunt for each age group. I didn't know if Alex would actually go out and pick up eggs without Eliza, so I told him what was going to happen and he said he wanted to do it. When the wistle blew Alex went out with all the other three year olds, but the parents standing around the edge of the grass were yelling so loud that he put down the egg he was holding and ran back to me. He wouldn't go out without Eliza or I went with him so we just went to find the Easter Bunny.

The Easter Bunny!! How many times in your life do you actually get to sit on the Easter Bunny's lap? This was exciting!

Eliza hunting for eggs. She told Alex that she would get some for him, too. And she did!!
On the way to the van, we noticed that the helicopter that had flown in the Easter Bunny was still in the parking lot and they were letting kids sit in it. The helicopter was almost as exciting as the Easter Bunny.
